VfxPros Marketer Enrollment & M2M Policy

Monthly Marketing Tier Signup: Bronze-tier sign-ups are non-refundable. Silver, Gold, and King-tier monthly sign-ups are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of enrollment. Kindly send an email to support@vfxpros.co with the subject line “Need Refund”. Add all receipts and reasons for the refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited in the subsequent billing cycle (the coming month).

Quarterly/Locked-In Marketing Tier Signup: All locked-in tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, King) are eligible for a refund only on the remaining unused months of the contract. The current active month is non-refundable. Refunds will be calculated and applied starting from the subsequent billing cycle. Kindly send an email to support@vfxpros.co with the subject line "Need Refund". Add all receipts and reasons for the refund.

MLM and Direct Sales Disclosure: VfxPros operates strictly as a single-level affiliate marketing program and is not a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), network marketing, or tiered entity. Compensation is paid exclusively on a direct, single-referral basis. If an active affiliate ("Affiliate A") refers a new customer or affiliate ("Affiliate B"), Affiliate A receives a one-time referral bonus. If Affiliate B subsequently refers a new party ("Affiliate C"), Affiliate B receives the respective bonus, and Affiliate A receives no compensation, overrides, or residual commissions. VfxPros does not utilize downlines, multi-tier genealogy structures, or residual tiered payout systems. We are not a PYRAMID SCHEME.

Refunds & Commission Clawbacks: We want to keep our program fair and transparent. If a Trainee or Sub-Marketer you referred requests and receives a refund, the commission you earned from that specific sale will be canceled. This canceled amount will be automatically deducted from your next monthly affiliate payout. If your next payout doesn't cover the full amount, the remaining balance will carry over to the following month.

Catalyst Bulk Buying & 60-Day Forfeit Rule

Important 60-Day Activation Deadline: To keep our pricing competitive, all Catalyst Bulk spots (both CE and CM tiers) come with a strict activation timeline. You have exactly 60 calendar days from the moment your payment clears to assign and use your spots. On day 61, any remaining unused spots will automatically expire and be forfeited. We do not offer extensions, rollovers, or partial refunds for unused spots. Please plan your team assignments accordingly!

Refund into Transfer: Catalyst spots are strictly non-refundable in cash. However, depending on the tier purchased, marketers are allotted a specific number of "Refund Transfers" (e.g., 1 transfer for CE10, 5 transfers for CM50). A transfer allows the marketer to revoke a Catalyst spot from a trainee who drops out and reassign it to a new trainee, provided it is within the 60-day validity window.

VfxPro's Refund & "Pay It Forward" Transfer Policy

At VfxPros, we are dedicated to building a high-performing network of sales professionals. Because our live session seats are strictly limited and our training materials are proprietary. We do not offer traditional cash refunds once a trainee unlocks Module 2.

However, we know life happens. If your circumstances change and you cannot complete the course, you can use our One-Time "Pay It Forward" Transfer.

Transfer Your Seat: You can transfer your entire enrollment to a friend, family member, or colleague completely free of charge.

Seat Availability: Live seats fill up fast. If our current or upcoming batch is full, your nominee will be securely placed in our next available training batch.

One-Time Option: This privilege can only be used once per enrollment. Once transferred, the seat is permanently locked to the new person.

How to Request Transfer: Send an official email request (with all payment receipts) from your registered email address to support@vfxpros.co.

Earnings Disclaimer, Independent Status, and Pricing Compliance

Retail Price Compliance and Anti-Overcharging: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from marketing, reselling, or sub-licensing enrollment spots above the platform-mandated retail reference cap of seventy US dollars ($70.00 USD), unless explicitly authorized under a separate, written wholesale Catalyst agreement. Any unauthorized overcharging or price inflation constitutes a material breach of contract and shall result in immediate account termination, total forfeiture of all pending payouts, and potential civil liability.

Independent Contractor Relationship: Affiliates operate solely as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship. Affiliates have no authority to bind the Company and are entirely responsible for their own business expenses, equipment, and local tax obligations.

Compliance and Account Termination: VfxPros maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unethical behavior. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately terminate any account and permanently forfeit all accrued or pending commissions if the Affiliate engages in fraudulent sign-ups, spamming, cross-recruiting, or any practice that damages the reputation of the Company.

Earnings Disclaimer: All commission brackets, incentives, bonuses, and potential earnings presented by VfxPros are strictly aspirational illustrations and do not constitute a guarantee of income. Success depends entirely on individual sales performance, skill, and effort.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Force Majeure

GDPR.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions, and all relationships between the parties, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For Users/Affiliates Residing Outside North America: Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled exclusively through binding arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, conducted in the English language under the Pakistan Arbitration Act, 1940.

For Users/Affiliates Residing Within the United States/North America: Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (or your specific US incorporation state, if applicable), and parties submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with the venue handled virtually to ensure enforceability.

GDPR.3 Force Majeure: Neither VfxPros nor Syntropy Futures shall be held liable or responsible for any failure, delay, or disruption in training delivery, portal availability, payout processing, or session scheduling caused by acts of God, war, civil unrest, cyber-attacks (including ransomware or DDoS), national utility/internet grid failures, or unforeseen regulatory interventions and bans beyond our reasonable control.
