Legal & Refund Policies
VfxPros Marketer Enrollment & M2M Policy
Monthly Marketing Tier Signup: Bronze-tier sign-ups are non-refundable. Silver, Gold, and King-tier monthly sign-ups are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of enrollment. Kindly send an email to support@vfxpros.co with the subject line “Need Refund”. Add all receipts and reasons for the refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited in the subsequent billing cycle (the coming month).
Quarterly/Locked-In Marketing Tier Signup: All locked-in tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, King) are eligible for a refund only on the remaining unused months of the contract. The current active month is non-refundable. Refunds will be calculated and applied starting from the subsequent billing cycle. Kindly send an email to support@vfxpros.co with the subject line "Need Refund". Add all receipts and reasons for the refund.
MLM and Direct Sales Disclosure: VfxPros operates strictly as a single-level affiliate marketing program and is not a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), network marketing, or tiered entity. Compensation is paid exclusively on a direct, single-referral basis. If an active affiliate ("Affiliate A") refers a new customer or affiliate ("Affiliate B"), Affiliate A receives a one-time referral bonus. If Affiliate B subsequently refers a new party ("Affiliate C"), Affiliate B receives the respective bonus, and Affiliate A receives no compensation, overrides, or residual commissions. VfxPros does not utilize downlines, multi-tier genealogy structures, or residual tiered payout systems. We are not a PYRAMID SCHEME.
Refunds & Commission Clawbacks: We want to keep our program fair and transparent. If a Trainee or Sub-Marketer you referred requests and receives a refund, the commission you earned from that specific sale will be canceled. This canceled amount will be automatically deducted from your next monthly affiliate payout. If your next payout doesn't cover the full amount, the remaining balance will carry over to the following month.
Catalyst Bulk Buying & 60-Day Forfeit Rule
Important 60-Day Activation Deadline: To keep our pricing competitive, all Catalyst Bulk spots (both CE and CM tiers) come with a strict activation timeline. You have exactly 60 calendar days from the moment your payment clears to assign and use your spots. On day 61, any remaining unused spots will automatically expire and be forfeited. We do not offer extensions, rollovers, or partial refunds for unused spots. Please plan your team assignments accordingly!
Refund into Transfer: Catalyst spots are strictly non-refundable in cash. However, depending on the tier purchased, marketers are allotted a specific number of "Refund Transfers" (e.g., 1 transfer for CE10, 5 transfers for CM50). A transfer allows the marketer to revoke a Catalyst spot from a trainee who drops out and reassign it to a new trainee, provided it is within the 60-day validity window.
VfxPro's Refund & "Pay It Forward" Transfer Policy
At VfxPros, we are dedicated to building a high-performing network of sales professionals. Because our live session seats are strictly limited and our training materials are proprietary. We do not offer traditional cash refunds once a trainee unlocks Module 2.
However, we know life happens. If your circumstances change and you cannot complete the course, you can use our One-Time "Pay It Forward" Transfer.
Transfer Your Seat: You can transfer your entire enrollment to a friend, family member, or colleague completely free of charge.
Seat Availability: Live seats fill up fast. If our current or upcoming batch is full, your nominee will be securely placed in our next available training batch.
One-Time Option: This privilege can only be used once per enrollment. Once transferred, the seat is permanently locked to the new person.
How to Request Transfer: Send an official email request (with all payment receipts) from your registered email address to support@vfxpros.co.
Earnings Disclaimer, Independent Status, and Pricing Compliance
Retail Price Compliance and Anti-Overcharging: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from marketing, reselling, or sub-licensing enrollment spots above the platform-mandated retail reference cap of seventy US dollars ($70.00 USD), unless explicitly authorized under a separate, written wholesale Catalyst agreement. Any unauthorized overcharging or price inflation constitutes a material breach of contract and shall result in immediate account termination, total forfeiture of all pending payouts, and potential civil liability.
Independent Contractor Relationship: Affiliates operate solely as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship. Affiliates have no authority to bind the Company and are entirely responsible for their own business expenses, equipment, and local tax obligations.
Compliance and Account Termination: VfxPros maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unethical behavior. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately terminate any account and permanently forfeit all accrued or pending commissions if the Affiliate engages in fraudulent sign-ups, spamming, cross-recruiting, or any practice that damages the reputation of the Company.
Earnings Disclaimer: All commission brackets, incentives, bonuses, and potential earnings presented by VfxPros are strictly aspirational illustrations and do not constitute a guarantee of income. Success depends entirely on individual sales performance, skill, and effort.
Program-Specific Payout Schedules: Payout schedules are governed by the specific program track under which the commission or bonus was earned: (i) B2B Bulk Sourcing & Independent Sales Careers (vfxpros.co/careers): Disbursed on the 15th day of the calendar month following full project closure, client acceptance, and irrevocable bank settlement; (ii) FreeBiz Affiliate Referrals (vfxpros.co/freebiz): Processed during bi-monthly settlement windows (1st–5th and 15th–20th of each month); (iii) Monthly Marketing Tiers (vfxpros.co/services): Settled at the end of the active monthly billing cycle.
📄 CLIENT TERMS OF SERVICE & MANDATORY PRODUCTION DISCLAIMERS (vfxpros.co/moq)
By clicking "Send RFQ to Factory Production Manager" on vfxpros.co/moq or submitting any technical specifications, design tech packs, reference images, or custom procurement requests to the VfxPros Manufacturing Desk, the submitting entity or individual ("Client") explicitly acknowledges, covenants, and agrees to be bound by the following legally enforceable procurement terms:
1. Non-Cancellable Nature of Custom Production & Prototyping
All production runs, sample iterations, custom tech-pack developments, pattern designs, and private labeling adjustments are strictly custom-manufactured to unique Client specifications. Once the Client provides design sign-off and initial capital funding is transmitted to the raw materials supplier or factory floor, the order becomes immediately irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. The Company will not entertain mid-production order adjustments or structural cancellation requests under any circumstances.
2. Raw Material & Logistical Cost Volatility Accord
International procurement, manufacturing supply chains, and freight operations are subject to severe, external, and unpredictable macroeconomic volatility. Initial price quotes dispatched by the VfxPros Manufacturing Desk are structural estimates valid strictly for 14 calendar days from the date of issuance. Client explicitly recognizes that final invoice amounts may be dynamically adjusted to reflect real-time market fluctuations in raw textile/material indices, international sea or air cargo freight rates, carrier fuel surcharges, port demurrage fees, and local customs tariff reassessments. VfxPros handles procurement strictly as a broker and does not guarantee fixed long-term shipping or material pricing grids.
3. International Trade & Customs Clearance Liabilities
VfxPros acts on an advisory procurement brokering capacity, connecting domestic brands with export-grade certified manufacturing hubs. The Client assumes full operational and financial status as the ultimate Importer of Record (IOR) for all international freight distributions. Consequently, all destination customs import clearance delays, physical border inspections, regulatory compliance seizures, anti-dumping duties, custom bonds, local warehousing storage penalties, and destination value-added taxes (VAT) are the exclusive liability of the Client. VfxPros, Farhan Nadeem, and Syntropy Futures are explicitly indemnified and held harmless against any cargo delays, logistical timeline extensions, or financial damages arising from cross-border customs enforcement, maritime delays, or carrier force majeure events.
4. Prototyping Sample Variances & Bulk Acceptance Thresholds
Master samples and pre-production prototypes are executed by hand to match digital tech packs as closely as possible. Due to the inherent organic nature of raw leather grading, custom garment dye washes, and variable textile composition, slight tolerances and minor variations in stitching lines, fabric GSM weight density, zipper pull configurations, color hue saturation, and debossing depth may occur between the master sample and final mass production runs. Client agrees that a variance margin of up to 5% across a bulk order's aggregate units satisfies manufacturing compliance standards and contract execution. Claims for structural material defects must be logged formally in writing within seven (7) business days of physical cargo delivery, backed by a standardized third-party quality assurance (QA) inspection report.
💼 Independent Agent Sourcing Commission Architecture & Net Profit Pool Formula
Commission Sales Agents registered on vfxpros.co/careers are eligible for tiered compensation (10% to 40%) derived exclusively from the verified, cleared Net Profit Pool generated by their closed transactions. No commission is earned, vested, or payable on gross revenue, raw order values, or uncollected funds.
🧮 Contractual Definition of "Net Profit Pool" (The Formula)
To eliminate calculation friction, the Net Profit Pool is defined as Gross Client Remittance minus the aggregate sum of all direct transactional, manufacturing, and logistical expenses required to execute the project from tech-pack to final delivery. Deductions from gross revenue strictly include:
- Factory Invoices & Supplier Charges: The exact cost billed by the manufacturing hub for tooling, raw materials, molding, and bulk assembly.
- Prototyping & Sample Expenditures: All initial tech-pack sampling, structural engineering modifications, pattern adjustments, and master sample runs.
- Global Logistics & Fulfillment: All domestic factory transport, international ocean freight, express air cargo, port congestion fees, fuel surcharges, container demurrage, and local destination courier handling.
- Compliance & Border Governance: All international import tariffs, customs duties, trade levies, customs brokerage clearance fees, bond fees, and mandatory regulatory inspection costs.
- Banking & Currency Friction: All inbound and outbound SWIFT fees, intermediary bank routing charges, payment processor percentages, merchant fees, chargeback provisions, and foreign exchange (FX) conversion spreads.
The remaining balance after these deductions constitutes the Net Profit Pool. The Agent Tier Percentage is applied solely to this net balance. Internal company software assets, general administrative overhead, and marketing tech stacks borne by VfxPros are excluded from this calculation and will not be deducted from the agent's profit pool. Under Clause 5(f) of the Independent Contractor Agreement, all vendor identities and raw factory invoices remain proprietary Trade Secrets; agents receive a standardized, binding Line-Item Settlement Summary upon project closure.
Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Force Majeure
1. Governing Law and Primary Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions, and all commercial, procurement, and contractor relationships between the parties, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Binding International Arbitration: Except where otherwise elected by VfxPros in its sole and absolute discretion, any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, B2B Sourcing & Procurement contracts, or Independent Contractor agreements shall be settled exclusively through binding arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, conducted in the English language under the Pakistan Arbitration Act, 1940.
3. North American Supplemental Venue Election: For Users, Clients, or Affiliates residing within the United States or North America, VfxPros reserves the unilateral right (at the Company's sole election) to alternatively enforce or submit any dispute, injunctive relief action, or collection proceeding to binding virtual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, or in any court of competent jurisdiction where the User/Client resides or holds assets.
4. Corporate Entity & Principal Indemnification: Users, Clients, and Independent Contractors explicitly agree that VfxPros, Syntropy Futures, and Farhan Nadeem personally are indemnified and held harmless against any indirect, consequential, punitive, or speculative damages exceeding the direct net service fees actually retained by the Company for the specific transaction in dispute.
5. Force Majeure: Neither VfxPros, Farhan Nadeem, nor Syntropy Futures shall be held liable or responsible for any failure, delay, or disruption in manufacturing production, maritime/air cargo transit, customs clearance, training delivery, portal availability, payout processing, or session scheduling caused by acts of God, war, civil unrest, supply-chain embargoes, cyber-attacks (including ransomware or DDoS), national utility/internet grid failures, or unforeseen regulatory interventions and bans beyond our reasonable control.
